About the role

Bravura Solutions is currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our Account Management and Partner team. The position offers a diverse set of responsibilities centred on the management of relationships between Bravura, our clients and our partners. This includes commercial management, driving efficiencies and consistency of approach, across the provision of software and services to existing clients as well as working to close joint Bravura / partner business opportunities. The role offers direct access to high-profile clients and the opportunity to effect change within a growing team and company.

Main activities

  • Establish senior relationships within our client’s organisations
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s business with a view to optimising the commercial relationship
  • Develop the strategic account plan and deliver on the annual account objectives
  • Monitor and report on the overall business and commercial relationship between Bravura and its clients
  • Lead commercial negotiations working closely with Bravura and client executives
  • Manage the overall business and commercial relationship between Bravura and partners

Skills

  • Able to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners
  • Superior communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities and show value to customers and partners
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • Commercial and contract management experience
  • Experience in the software development and implementation business
  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Understanding of the life, pensions and/or wealth management market
  • Business development and sales experience
