What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Full function end to end Accounts Payable
  • Coding of invoices through to payment run
  • Proactively managing creditor ledgers
  • Month-end reconciliations including accruals and prepayments
  • Basic cashflow projection

Day to day you’ll also be liaising with Senior Management, the wider business and external clients. You’ll also get exposure to Adhoc projects including System Migrations.


Your new team

In this role, you’ll be working closely with the Finance Accountant with some training from the current Accounts Payable Officer; however, once you’re up-to-speed you’ll have the autonomy to deliver in a way that works for you. We’re seeking someone with the skills and experience to take control of the day to day management of an effective Accounts Payable function alongside a supporting and friendly Finance team.

  • Knowledge of a medium to large global system
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a medium to large global organisation
  • Exposure to intercompany and foreign currency

  • Demonstrates a ‘team player’ mentality with the willingness to learn
