About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst role to be part of our Transfer Agency Development team. This position will play a key part in the development and maintenance of the Transfer Agency Products.

The Business Analyst role is a key member of the Development team and is vital to communicating Client requirements to the wider Development team and validating that output is in line with requirements.

Main activities

  • Production of Functional Requirement and Design documents detailing the required functional, processing and interface behaviours - including walk-through and iterative reviews until the final approval of the design.
  • Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements associated with Enhancement Requests including review of estimates, release plans and discussions with relevant parties including Clients.
  • Review high level estimates, requirements specifications, design documentation, test scripts and functional guides.
  • Ensure regular communication is maintained at all levels with all parties involved in the project life cycle to ensure a quality deliverable that meets the Clients’ requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the initiative to proactively resolve issues
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Whilst the role will be predominantly based in London, the ability to travel between Bravura offices and Client sites will be required
  • Understanding of UK/European Retail Funds and Transfer Agency industry is a plus
  • A proven understanding of the software development life cycle and structured analysis techniques
