About the role

Bravura Solutions is currently recruiting for a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our CRM team based in the heart of the City. The role boasts a portfolio of high profile financial services clients across the UK and covers mission critical responsibilities touching several areas of the business.

You will be responsible for setting and maintaining a solid foundation for future business growth by establishing strong and effective relationships with our large enterprise clients. As the CRM, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders both internally and externally including the responsibility as the prime representative for Bravura Solutions for setting and managing client expectations.

The role necessitates taking ownership of client sponsored change programmes and will make use of your high-level change roadmap awareness and experience. As the CRM, you will have the opportunity to be involved in initiating and steering a continuing programme of varied projects including: new software implementations; data migrations; major functionality change implementations (including regulatory change); and planned software & hardware upgrades.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to get involved in various aspects of Bravura’s hosted software business and take ownership of a diverse set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: client relationship management, organic business development, communication at senior levels & high-level change roadmap management.

Main activities

  • The activities required for the successful delivery of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Establishing & maintaining a strong, effective and close working relationship with your clients, particularly at a senior level
  • Full service management oversight responsibility
  • Setting, reviewing and managing the strategic direction of Bravura’s products and services with your clients
  • Negotiating on all contractual matters with your clients
  • Acting as the central point of contact between Bravura and your clients; this includes acting as the point of senior escalation for problems, issues and urgent requests
  • Revenue responsibility including the generation of organic growth and maintaining profitability with your client portfolio
  • Producing overarching change roadmaps for each client within your portfolio
  • Ensuring that the delivery of the change roadmap meets both Bravura and your clients’ requirements

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Experience working as a Client Relationship Manager, probably within a financial services organisation or financial software house
  • Highly effective expectation management skills with the ability to liaise and influence across all levels of the client organisation including executive management
  • A high-level knowledge of Bravura’s Transfer Agency product range.
  • An awareness of Bravura’s surround technology product range (e.g. Babel, ODS, taWeb).
  • A knowledge and understanding of the current businesses & markets supported by Bravura’s Transfer Agency and / or Wealth Management products (ISAs, PEPs, OEICs and other unitised products, Equities, Life, Pensions etc).
  • Experience working in the financial services industry and excellent business knowledge within the retail investment sector.
  • A working knowledge of MS Project or other industry, standard ProgrammeProject management tool.
  • Prince 2 (or equivalent) qualifiedexperienced
  • Extensive experience of managing external clients
  • Extensive experience with system implementations
