About the Role

Bravura Solutions is currently looking for a Configuration Manager to take ownership of a bran new position at Bravura. The role provides the opportunity to take ownership of the definition and management of all asset and configuration management policies, processes and procedures. The position will give you exposure to cutting edge technology, the ability to work with third party suppliers and membership in a strong, forward-thinking team of experts.

Main activities

  • Agree scope of the asset management processes, function, the items to be controlled, and the information that is recorded
  • Plan, identify, control report, audit and verify all service assets and configuration items to ensure the integrity of the CMDB
  • Review and improve existing asset and configuration management systems; design, implement and manage new/improved systems for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain asset and configuration management standards, plans and procedures
  • Ensure that all asset management standards, methods and processes are properly approved and communicated to staff and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance
  • Proposes/agree interfaces with change management, problem management, infrastructure management, release management, and service desk functions
  • Produce regular management reports to reflect status of the assets and configuration records

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Previous Asset and Configuration Management experience is essential
  • Experience working within Transfer Agency/Wealth Management environments would be an advantage
  • Solid experience gained in a customer service environment
  • A working knowledge of how services are planned from initiation to delivery into production
  • An understanding of IT infrastructure that is managed by third parties #LI-PRIORITY
