About the role

Reporting to the Training Manager APAC, the eLearning Developer will design, develop, deliver and evaluate Sonata eLearning solutions against the Bravura Academy Toolkit. This will be in line with the agreed approach of; Show Me, Try Me and Test Me Modules using existing Global standards and guidelines as part of the template suite.

Main activities

  • Maintain existing eLearning Templates
  • Develop the eLearning Modules in Captivate
  • Publish the eLearning [as a SCORM package] on the LMS, including developing the Test Me Assessments within the LMS
  • Develop graphics in Adobe Fireworks for use in the Training Delivery Slides and eLearning Modules
  • Refine, edit and maintain audio tracks using Adobe Audition
  • Test all eLearning Modules and fix any bugs
  • Maintain eLearning Modules for any Sonata screen changes.

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Proven experience in creating simulations using Captivate or equivalent tools such as Storyline
  • Well-developed organisational diagnostic skills and techniques
  • A willingness to roll your sleeves up and undertake multiple learning projects concurrently with competing deadlines
  • Understanding of eLearning and web development standards (SCORM xAPI, HTML)
  • Most importantly, you will be a self-starter with plenty of enthusiasm, a “never say never” attitude, and a great sense of humour!
