We are a leading global provider of Software Solutions for the Financial Services Industry. Listed on the ASX, located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

About the role

You will utlitise your knowledge and experience to implement strategies that will improve efficiency and delivery times across the Global Mobility function, working closely with regional Recruitment Specialists, HR Generalists and the Business.

Main activities

  • End to end delivery of short and long term international assignments, ensuring the process is seamless, cost efficient and in line with legislation
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, employees and vendors
  • Provide specialist advice to the business on changes within the Global Mobility environment
  • Collaborate with the Global HR team to deliver a high quality and consistent approach
  • Global Mobility policy and process development
  • Maintain global tracking and data storage
  • Produce Mobility reports and provide guidance to key stakeholders to support Mobility planning
  • Consult with experts and maintain a working knowledge of expatriate insurance, tax requirements and employee benefits
  • Deliver ad-hoc project work

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Bring a global, collaborative and client focused approach
  • Possess experience in managing a relocation process, processing visa applications and a demonstrated understanding of immigration law (Australia, New Zealand, UK, India, Poland and South Africa experience would be beneficial)
  • Have the availability and willingness to attend calls that accommodate different time zones
  • Have the ability to learn complex global mobility technical nuances
  • Be highly organised with an eye for detail and continuous improvement
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with people from various cultural backgrounds
  • Possess the ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and come up with practical solutions
