This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, results-orientated Sourcing and Mobility Lead to join a dedicated and collaborative Global HR team, as we prepare to deliver against a people strategy that will elevate and transform the way we work.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR, based in Australia, you will be responsible for two key functions within the Global HR team; Recruitment and Onboarding, and Mobility.

About the role

As the Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruitment specialists based in the UK, Australia, Poland and India, as well as implementing strategies that will reduce recruitment spend and time-to-fill, whilst also attracting high performing individuals. You will also be responsible for the development and roll out of a global graduate recruitment program, and ensuring a seamless and consistent onboarding process for new starters.

As the Mobility Lead you will lead the mobility process globally, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance of mobility activities, and working with local HR team members, as necessary, to provide expert advice to people moving between regions. You will work with relevant stakeholders to determine suitable salary packages and ensure mobility agreements are in place.

In addition to these responsibilities, there is plenty of opportunity to become involved in global project work, some of which includes: system implementations/ enhancements, employer branding, onboarding and our graduate program. You will also provide input and insights to the Global Head of HR for strategic planning activity.

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing a recruitment team, combined with knowledge of global mobility processes (knowledge of global immigration laws and potential tax implications would be a distinct advantage).


You will hold a tertiary degree in HR or similar, possess strong leadership skills and the ability to engage and motivate a remote team. Availability and willingness to attend calls that accommodate different time zones is also required. #LI-PRIORITIES
