Your new role

As a Graduate Programme Planner you will have the opportunity to be involved with and influence our global teams across high-profile client implementation projects. You will get hands-on experience in promoting the flow of development work through our engineering department to ensure we are meeting our velocity targets from both an external and internal perspective.

Main activities

  • Maintaining development schedules and forecasting changes in EPM schedules
  • Excel reporting on Microsoft (MS) schedules through cubes and pivot tables
  • Working with global development teams to ensure availability of resources to complete tasks
  • Planning and proactively participating in the sprint planning process
  • Participation in capacity planning and resource management

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • You’re an enthusiastic Graduate with a Business or IT degree
  • Your willingness to learn and get your hands dirty will see you rapidly progress within the role
  • A working knowledge of MS Project and MS Excel (PowerPivot and Power Query) is advantageous
  • A basic working knowledge of relational databases and SQL is desirable.
  • You enjoy, and are motivated by, building productive working relationships, collaborating with specialists and developing your industry networks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tenacious and outgoing with the confidence to suggest process improvements
