Main activities

  • Forming long term business partnerships with our most valued clients to determine their current and future needs
  • Proposing suitable products, services, and upgrades to maintain & grow revenue for clients
  • Take ownership for the annual customer satisfaction results, including development & implementation strategies
  • Implement a formal account plan process, structure and collateral to manage executive engagement, expectations, and deliverables
  • Understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes
  • Leverage revenue and promote the Bravura as a quality supplier
  • Collaborate with others to streamline and implement efficient processes

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a national or state-based role
  • Experience in financial services or technology is required
  • A structured approach to problem-solving coupled with analytical capabilities
  • You have the gravitas to command respect and build camaraderie with key senior stakeholders
  • You thrive on working effectively in a fast-paced environment constantly driving change
  • Experience with contract negotiations and renewals
  • You’re innovative and able to devise creative solutions to difficult problems
  • You have a structured and professional approach to your work
