About the role

As a key member of the senior management team within the Global Transfer Agency (TA) division, reporting to the Head of UK Operations, the job holder has overall responsibility for the management, delivery and continuous improvement of all hosted and application support service delivery activities to clients for the Rufus, Babel and GFAS and Wealth Management (hosting responsibility only) products.

• Client hosting and application support
• Systems’ deployment for client projects

Additionally the job holder is responsible for Bravura’s internal technical infrastructure in EMEA, and is responsible for the management of external data centre providers, both on a BAU and project basis.

Line management responsibilities cover support personnel in London and Tonbridge, and matrix management of personnel in Warsaw and Delhi.

Main activities

  • Client hosting & application support

This is an exciting new role after a restructure and we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of relevant technology mixed with a strong customer service ethos, enthuastic and innovative attitude and someone committed to delivering quality. Furthermore, we are seeking someone with;

  • The ability to translate technical information and specifications into business language (and vice-versa)
  • Proven experience in a senior role overseeing operations teams within a Financial Services or Technology company
  • Willing to think outside the box and constantly drive improvements
  • Well developed planning, analysis, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Good business acumen and sound judgement skills
  • Entrepreneurial with a collaborative, supportive and team-based approach.
  • An accomplished communicator who gains the confidence of internal & external stakeholders and who is credible and experience operating at all levels
  • Proven people management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix-based environment
