This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated HR Administrator to establish their career with a global ASX listed software provider. We’re in a great location in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, APAC, and working within a collaborative global HR team, you will be responsible for providing support across a range of generalist activities including; recruitment, mobility, remuneration and benefits, L&D, HR Operations as well as various HR projects.

Main activities

  • Provide first line HR advice to APAC employees on employment conditions, HR policies and processes
  • Prepare HR correspondence
  • Assist with recruitment activities including; preparing job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and reference checking
  • Coordinate global mobility activities, including visa processing
  • Provide support on L&D initiatives
  • Performance, Reward and Benefits administration
  • Update the HRIS and preparing reports as needed
  • Provide support on key HR projects and other HR activities

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Minimum of 1+ admin or recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or similar
  • Collaborative communication style and excellent interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail and a quality focus
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • A proactive approach to relationship building
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively a global team #LI-PRIORITY
