Your role sits within the Sonata Support team and will see you reporting to the Sonata Support Team Leader. Working cohesively with a collaborative, goal-driven team you will develop a deep understanding of Sonata whilst developing your skills with a team at the top of their game.

 

About the role

Bravura Solutions is currently recruiting for an Internal Resourcer to assist with the attraction and selection of candidates for our UK offices to meet the growing demand of the organisation. This is an exciting role for someone looking to work in a FinTech in the heart of the City. The position will be to work on cross-departmental vacancies with a focus in Tech.

The principal function of this role is to assist with the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across Bravura EMEA. You will be responsible for candidate management, attraction, selection, and administration.

 

Main activities

  • Communicate proactively with the Recruitment team to understand the resourcing needs across all departments and provide a timely seamless process
  • Support candidate management activities, ensuring candidates are well informed and have positive experiences with Bravura
  • Proactive talent sourcing and acquisition, focusing on a direct approach
  • Timely management of applications via the jobs inbox
  • Centrally maintain detailed audit trails of manager and candidate discussions and interview feedback, utilising systems where available
  • Recruiting and selecting in line with Bravura’s technical and behavioural requirements
  • Complete benefits set up for all new starters
  • Ensure all right to work documentation is checked, saved and recorded in line with local legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with others to streamline and implement efficient processes
  • Participate in knowledge share across the team with a focus on best practice

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

Essential

  • IT Resourcing experience within a commercial environment
  • Developing knowledge of employment legislation relevant to resourcing and onboarding activities
  • Sound numeracy skills, with the ability to analyse and manipulate data
  • Proficient in the use of HR systems and Microsoft Applications, including intermediate Excel

Preferred

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or similar
