About the role

Reporting to the Training Manager, EMEA and sitting within the EMEA Training Team based in London; the LMS Administrator will be responsible for providing support and coordinating a range of activities across the Bravura Academy.

The LMS Administrator will cover tasks including the full administration cycle of creation, maintaining, editing and generating completion reporting for Training Sessions and Toolkit Collateral, including supporting the Global Team around training logistics for internal and external Training Events.

Main activities

  • Work closely with the Global Training Consultants to support the uploading, publishing and maintenance of all Toolkit collateral, including configuration completion settings at both Course level and at Activity level within the LMS
  • Work closely with the Global Training Consultants to support the scheduling of all internal and external client / partner training sessions, including training logistics such as delegate lists, room bookings, travel and courier arrangements
  • Maintain and test all hyperlinks on the LMS and Training Intranet Page(s) to ensure the learning launches and records completion successfully
  • Facilitate User Maintenance on the LMS
  • Create / Maintain Sonata Courses / Programmes in the LMS
  • Create / Maintain all Course related Activities in the LMS
  • Create / Maintain all Email Alerts / Notifications and Reminders in the LMS
  • Produce Training Session Sign In Sheets for the Trainers
  • Maintain Sonata Test Me Assessment question sets
  • Record Training Attendance in the LMS, for reporting purposes
  • Produce Reports on Training Completion
  • Monitor Regional and Global Team Outlook Mailboxes
  • Any other learning administrative tasks required by the Global Training Team

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Extensive learning and training experience and demonstrated experience in a Global Training Team environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with online learning systems and applications including an LMS and a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Experience using eLearning authoring tools (ideally Captivate and SnagIt)
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple workloads, priorities and activities
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively and collaboratively across teams to complete tasks to meet team objectives as necessary
  • High proficiency using the MS Office suite #LI-PRIORITY
