The Management Team Assistant position offers varied day-day activities and exposure to senior staff throughout the business. This role is accountable for supporting Bravura’s senior management level as part of a supportive, dedicated team. Reporting directly to the EA to the COO, this role will receive the assistance and support needed to build up all the essential awareness needed on the Business processes and procedures.

 

Main activities

  • Assist in supporting the CEO, CTO and COO when EA is away or out of the office
  • Being a confidential point of contact for global reporting line, must be discreet and confidential
  • Diary management and meeting organization
  • Organise staff events
  • Travel – booking international itineraries for various team members
  • Creating Powerpoint presentations including Board Report collation
  • Expenses and administration for several members of staff
  • Researching travel companies
  • Maintaining databases
  • Timesheet maintenance
  • Maintaining holiday and whereabouts

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Discreet and able to deal with confidential information
  • Enthusiastic and friendly, with a strong work ethic, wants to do their best
  • Articulate and well presented
  • Competent and confident
  • Preferably have knowledge of London restaurants
  • Have dealt with travel (international is prefereable)
  • Someone that can be intuitive and take the reigns as needed
  • Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook experience
