About the Role

This role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to be involved in a dynamic IT software services company with extensive global reach. This role is part of a growing organisation and there is the opportunity to be involved in internal systems change.

Main activities

  • Liaise with, and support, project managers
  • Ensure mandatory data and tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Review issues and queries and ensure resolution of errors
  • Act as the first point of contact for PMO office, logging issues raised within Bravura’s incident management systems
  • Monitor all updates of project plans, ensuring project managers adhere to the project planning standards
  • Provide weekly audit updates on errors resolved and outstanding
  • Assist with systems support
  • Run reports as scheduled or on demand
  • Provide initial first level support for PMO
  • Assist with testing PMO systems and roll-out to production environments
  • Assist with remote site training and support of PMO system features

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Basic understanding and use of project methodology (e.g. lifecycle, documentation standards)
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Experience in use of Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Excel
