Responsibilities

As a key part of the senior management team within Bravura Solutions’ EMEA Wealth Management. Primary responsibility for a strategic client both in terms of relationship management and delivery of contracted services.The role has a large amount of client focus and, as a result, the job holder is required to spend frequent time at client sites, as well at Bravura Solutions’ offices in different locations.

  • Responsible for managing a key client account for Bravura.
  • Ensuring BSL delivers against contracted commitments
  • Management of client commercials
  • Creating of Statements of Work
  • Resolving commercial disputes
  • Delivery of the client’s project.
  • Lead long term planning with clients in terms of projects, product changes and use of Bravura services.
  • Provides a focus of accountability for the delivery of client projects and programmes, meeting cost, time and quality targets. This will require a hands on approach and there is a need to be focussed on the detail of the planning and delivery.
  • May have responsibility for staff (project mgrs., or project administrators) providing mentorship and line management to those staff in accordance with Bravura Solutions’ processes and policies, including staff development and performance management
  • Is required to develop strong relationships with clients and all levels (including “C” level)
  • Is responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting, internally and externally, and ensuring that appropriate management information is available on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, as appropriate, including inputting to monthly executive / board reporting
  • Provides support within sales lifecycles and actively sell Bravura services to the client.
  • The role will require the job holder to work closely with customers and suppliers at all hierarchical levels, internal departments, senior management and executive managers within Bravura Solutions.

Knowledge

  • Educated to degree level or having equivalent industry experience
  • Proven understanding of the business environment within which Bravura operates
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodology (ideally PRINCE2)

Experience

  • Proven change management experience in a senior role within a technology company supporting the financial services industry
  • Experienced in project delivery from a Supplier perspective.
  • Domain knowledge of the wealth management or platform industry
  • Experienced in client relationship management, especially senior stakeholders
  • Commercial management, contract management
  • Experience of leading multiple programmes / projects across different locations
  • Likely to have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry and domain performing similar roles
