Main activities

  • Draft and negotiate technology contracts and commercial agreements
  • Addressing legal queries for a wide range of projects
  • Review of RFIs, RFPs and other proposals and drafting responses
  • Assisting the business in managing commercial relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and suppliers in APAC
  • Assisting with employment law issues
  • Assisting in and managing the company secretarial work for the Bravura group in APAC
  • Assisting with Board documents and advising on legal and regulatory matters
  • Managing and coordinating compliance with ASX Listing Rules and ASIC requirements
  • Managing the company’s IP portfolio including trademark registrations
  • Provide support and guidance to the APAC Legal Counsel to ensure deliverables are successfully executed

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • 5+ years PQE, ideally from a medium to large private practice or ASX listed business
  • Ability to assist with a wide range of legal matters, in a fast-paced and supportive environment
  • You’re a self-starter, motivated and persistent
  • An adaptable and pragmatic approach will see you working well under pressure
  • Able to understand desired outcomes and find creative solutions for difficult problems
  • You get stuff done and you do it with quality
  • A proactive approach to fostering and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present alternatives and proposed solutions
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • Ability to apply judgment to broaden influence
