About the role

Bravura Solutions is currently hiring for a Service Delivery Manager to sit within our EMEA Operations Support Services division. The Service Delivery Manager position boasts the opportunity to get involved in several aspects of the business, utilising a diverse set of skills and expertise.

The essence of the position is to manage all aspects of service delivery with our clients, allowing you to take ownership of your delivery and interface both internally and externally. This is an exciting opportunity that offers the ability to enhance a delivery function and work on industry-leading platforms with blue chip clients.

Main activities

  • Manage the service delivery to clients, including high impact and escalated issues, providing a key focal point to interface with both clients and Bravura’s delivery teams.
  • Define and drive the delivery of IT platform services to achieve the required SLA targets
  • Develop and implement a scalable service delivery model, in collaboration with Bravura’s delivery teams.
  • Drive the operational readiness work programme for new clients to manage a successful transition from project phase to Live operations
  • Generate and present management reporting, including monthly service reports for clients
  • Identify and drive service improvements to enhance the client experience whilst optimising process efficiency
  • Manage change activities to ensure platform stability and supportability

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • A strong understanding of the key processes within the Financial Services Industry and associated deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in a client facing role
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and associated processes
  • Understanding of key service delivery processes including: incident & problem management, change control, code promotion, and releases & security management
  • Working knowledge of financial services software including: platforms, Wrap, SIPPs, ISAs, and other UK tax wrappers
  • Knowledge of IFA business processing and how this interacts with the Wealth Management business model
  • Understanding of the funds administration processes, and the associated application of supporting software
  • Good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications suite
