Lead the successful release of large, complex and innovative business transformation projects with the support of an enthusiastic and collaborative team.

 

Your new role

As the Sonata Release Manager you will be capable of ensuring adequate checking and quality assurance processes are completed on the country release prior to making it available to clients.

Main activities

  • Be the key focus point for enabling the coordination & prioritisation of release content
  • Build strong relationships as the conduit between consulting, support and development
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are actioned on the release prior to making it available to clients
  • Lead the release scope content and ensure appropriate levels of testing have been completed
  • Ensure necessary JIRA tasks and other administrative actions are managed accurately
  • Take lead on continuous process improvement and hands-on change delivery

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Your work influences and inspires others
  • Proven experience as a release manager, test manager or service delivery consultant
  • You will enjoy being in a hands-on role and motivated by building productive working relationships
  • Able to demonstrate a strong background in software implementations within a highly complex client/vendor environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distinguish between your business and technical audiences
  • Sound organisation and prioritisation skills, able to manage own and team goals and deliverables
  • You have a strong background with all aspects of the quality assurance process
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about taking colleagues on a journey to continuous improvement by helping, guiding and challenging as required
  • Adaptable, pragmatic and works well under pressure
