Tony Klim appointed as Group CEO

Sydney, 19 May 2011 (ASX: BVA) – Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) – a leading global supplier of transfer agency and wealth management software applications and professional services – wishes to announce the appointment of Tony Klim as the new Group Chief Executive Officer. Tony will be based out of our London office.

Tony joined Bravura three years ago in February 2008 as the CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa, charged with the responsibility to achieve new business and financial targets. Under his guidance, Bravura has expanded significantly in the region both through organic and acquisitive growth, and the European region now accounts for almost 70 per cent of the Company’s revenue.

Tony has a wealth of experience in international financial services having held a number of executive and board positions with private and listed companies in this sector over the past 25 years.

“Tony has built strong relationships with our major blue chip clients such as Bank of New York Mellon, JP Morgan, Citi, Lloyds Banking Group, Aviva and Legal & General and we are confident he is filling the position with a detailed knowledge and understanding of Bravura’s important client base, products and services.”

Tony commences his role immediately.
