Foresters Friendly Society selects Bravura’s Garradin platform to underpin innovation and growth

Melbourne/Sydney, 11 January 2018 – Bravura Solutions Limited today announced that it has signed a contract with Foresters Friendly Society (Foresters), for the implementation of its Garradin platform. Foresters has selected Bravura’s Garradin solution as its new administration platform to support their funeral bond and insurance policy business.

Foresters provides high quality investment and insurance products, including friendly society bonds, funeral bonds, and death and distress benefit funds, and supports a large network of Australia’s leading funeral directors through the provision of funds management for pre-paid funeral plan products and funeral bonds.

Having embarked on a new phase of innovation and growth, Foresters will leverage Garradin’s digital capability to enhance service delivery for both their member and funeral director networks, and also create new operational efficiencies via Garradin’s workflow ability.

Craig Bell, Chief Executive Officer at Foresters said: “We are really pleased to be working with Bravura to deliver a new investment platform solution for Foresters. We chose Garradin as part of a wider growth and innovation strategy, with a focus on investing in pioneering technology that will enable us to deliver state-of-the-art products and services to support our valued clients.”

Jon Alder, Chief Operating Officer APAC at Bravura Solutions said: “We are delighted to partner with Foresters on this key initiative. We look forward to Foresters leveraging Garradin’s comprehensive functionality to grow its investment and insurance capability to deliver an enhanced member experience.”
